Angie helped me thru my second labor. After having an awful traumatic birth with my son I was so scared and nervous to go thru birth again. Having Angie there to help me thru a more natural birth was the best experience, to have someone with the knowledge and the experience that she had made me so confident with mine and my baby well being. She respected my wishes, while giving me honest facts.

I’d like to start by saying thank you to Jessica. She prepared my placenta with such care and dedication. Anytime I would reach out with any questions Jessica would be there with an answer.  She did a great job explaining the process to me. Not only doing I recommend getting your placenta encapsulation, I recommend Jessica being the person who does it for you. It was one on the best decision I had made. Taking my placenta worked wonders for me. It helped with my milk supply, my emotions and strength. Last but not least she even did some beautiful cord art for me. These are things I will forever cherish. I am forever grateful. Thank you again.

I recommend Becca to any Pregnant mamma out there! I used her services for my first baby and she helped ease any anxiety I was feeling throughout my pregnancy. She was a dream during my labor/delivery and I was so thankful she was there. I don't know what I would do if she wasn't there. I 1000% will be using her services again.

I decided last minute to have my placenta encapsulated so Jessica got it from my doula.  She contacted me very quickly to find out what I wanted and walked me through all the available options.   She was so very sweet and helpful.  Once I chose my package, she let me know when I could expect it to be done and kept me updated over the next couple days until it was ready.  I ordered the chocolates and truffles just because I wanted to try them.  The chocolates were good, but the truffles were AMAZING!  If I had to do it over, I’d probably only get the truffles, but that’s just me.  She is incredibly easy to work with and did an excellent job with everything.  I highly recommend her if you are considering doing placental encapsulation.

I loved having Angie at my HBAC. She made me feel so at ease and helped me so much during labor. My home birth was totally different than my previous hospital birth and it was such a healing experience. I was also amazed, after the baby was born, at how pampering my birth team was. They took care of all my needs, made me food, cleaned up everything and Angie even did my dishes!

A while back I had the pleasure of having Jessica create some one-of-a-kind breastmilk keychain creations for me with samples of my breastmilk. Breastfeeding hasn’t been without it’s challenges for me, but I do love having something to commemorate such a significant achievement.  I plan to breastfeed as long as I’m able, but I’m happy to have these now as more encouragement and inspiration. Jess was so communicative and pleasant to work with!  She even added a few extra goodies for me.   She’s a genuine sweetheart and I’m happy we’ve connected.  If you’re local to the Pittsburgh area, consider Jess for your specialized placenta needs as well.

My experience with Angie and her team was outstanding. Angie’s calm but fierce demeanor was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a doula. I knew she would have my back no matter what happened. Not only that, but she’s a wealth of knowledge and has so many incredible resources to defer to throughout the process. During my homebirth she was there for every single contraction, applying counter pressure and offering suggestions to help move things along. Karlee came with her and took the most amazing, beautiful photos. I also chose to keep Angie on for a few weeks post birth and that was a game changer! I cannot recommend EHB services enough (and have sent several of my friends their way who also have rave reviews). I’m so looking forward to working with them again when I have my next baby. Best decision ever!

Ang and her team come with the highest of praise! She was recommended as my midwife’s first choice for a doula. I attribute my successful home birth to this team. Angie was a pillar of strength through my labor and transition. She worked through every contraction and was present with me the entire journey. My first home birth (with a different team) felt lonely. This home birth, I could not have imaged a better team. I am so incredibly grateful. If you have a chance to work with Angie, don’t pass it up. A wealth of knowledge also! 

Angie was a godsend. I had an en caul birth with few indications that delivery was near. She and Karlee  kept me calm and moving during the entire process. My labor was 12 hours but it only felt like two. She is a fountain of information which gave me peace leading up to delivery and during. I will use her again for my next birth and any after that.  

Becca was in the delivery room for both of my boys' births. Neither of them were easy, in their own ways, but Becca helped make the environment more calm; honestly, I am not sure if I could have done it without her! Her patience, gentelness and willingness to help capture our births on camera gave us memories to last a lifetime.

Before I had my daughter I decided I wanted to have my placenta encapsulated.  My doula referred me to Jessica to have it done.  She did a great job explaining the process to me and benefits of having it done.  I got my capsules, tincture as well as a print.  She also surprised me with my cord dehydrated that spelled my daughter’s name.  She was very easy to work with and I got it back very quickly.   Since I started taking them I had a very easy recovery, it helped with my bleeding and I felt pretty much back to normal by like week four.  I am 2 months postpartum and I feel great!  I am glad I had it done and very happy to work with Jessica.

We had our baby boy at home in Feb of 2022 and we had Britt and Angie as our back up doula and doula and we were so blessed by each of them!! We hadn’t met Britt until that exciting morning as she was our backup (understandably, Angie had one day that she was out for a conference almost 3 weeks past our EDD!) and we were so thankful to have had her there with us. She was immediately so personable, caring, calm, nurturing, overall just so warm and comforting for both my husband and I!  Angie showed up as soon as humanly possible and they cheered me on til the exit :) We look back on our delivery day and can’t imagine it without them.  The physical and emotional support (and much-needed education) they provided leading up to, during birth, and postpartum, was invaluable.  We’re due again this year and have them on speed dial.  Such a lovely team of ladies!!
