- 3-4 Prenatal Visits (ideally one visit each trimester and 1 of the visits with your provider so that we can meet)

- Labor/Birth Support: on-call from 38 weeks to 42 weeks gestation

Doulas provide emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, throughout labor, and the postpartum time period. A montrice is a non-medical attendant with assessment and clinical skills. A Montrice or Labor Assistant is skilled at checking vitals such as blood pressure, fetal heart tones, assessing labor progress, newborn assessment, breastfeeding support, and antenatal education.

$50/hr with a 20hr billable day beginning the day the doula leaves to work

A 4 hour break for the doula where they have a private separate space to rest or do whatever they want

On overnights, the doula can rest when the baby does, just like any overnight shift

Food, travel cost, etc., all covered by the family

If you are doing a month or more, there will be scheduled days off for the doula so they can take a break

Requires 30% estimated deposit up front for 2 weeks or more anticipated services
